- The Cylinder screen printer,Swing cylinder screen printer,Cylinder screen printing machine,Automatic swing cylinder screen printing machine equipment is suitable for soft and half-soft materials of 100-350g/m2. It is widely used in the single color and multi color screen printing on flat sheets of gold silver paper boards, heat transfer papers, white paper boards, bank cards, credit cards, plastic films (polyethylene, polyester and polypropylene), and self-adhesive materials etc. Its printing color and stereoscopic are better than others.
- The control systems are from Japan Mitsubishi inverter and PLC programmable logic controller for monitoring the whole printing process. Operation is simple and easy to understand, multi color screen printing accuracy is less than 0.15mm.
- Machine internal electrical and major mechanical driving components all are imported for low noise, smooth movement, user-friendly operation, and ensuring the long term performance stability.
- Automatic continuous feeding device, can be freely switched over according to the thickness of the printed product. With micro adjustment on the screen attachment.
- Joints with our high speed UV curing machine or IR drying equipment and correcting stacker can set up a complete screen printing production line.
- The machine screen frame, printing squeegee and ink scraping blade are using auxiliary pneumatic pressure to ensure consistent printing pressure.
