- The paper stacking machine is consist of paper feeding mechanism, paper stacking mechanism, paper stacker lifting mechanism, the electrical control systems and other parts.
- The paper feeding mechanism consists of two parts, one is the transmission section, which adopts frequency control, by which you can easily adjust the transmission speed of the paper to appropriate different printing speeds. Another part is the air blowing device, when the paper from the belt off, the blowing air keeps the paper continues to move forward and hold up for some distance, then the air blowing stop, the paper fall to the collection platform.
- The paper stacking mechanism applies pneumatic instruments, the pneumatic instruments make low noise, stable and reliable during the course of stacking, and easy to adjust the position of the cylinder to fit different sizes of stacking papers.
- The paper stacker lifting mechanism is driven and controlled by the electromagnetic braking motors and the four synchronized moving chains which can be accurately stopped at the desired height.
- Electrical control part adopts PLC program control, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
